Lovely hotel in a great location right on the lake. The staff were good although the lady at reception should curb her sarcasm as it does come across as rude. The rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was included and was nice. The theatre was within walking distance.

A truly magical stay. We were lucky to see plenty of snow and even made a snowman taller than myself. Our room was very comfortable and offered the most stunning winter view. We stopped at several viewpoints around the Thousand Islands, and the hotel’s view was one of the best.
